Brad Logan
Brad Logan is a Director of the Bank. Mr. Logan is President and the Designated Broker for Logan Commercial Advisors, originally part of Cavan Commercial, formed in 2002 as a brokerage firm specializing in office condominium representation and development. Shortly after forming, the company became an industry leader in the Metro Phoenix office condo market and is now a full-service brokerage and property management firm. In just over four years, the company has become an industry leader in the office condo market with more than 50 projects across Phoenix. The company now employs 30 employees. In 1999, Mr. Logan left the Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis, where he was a national tenant representative, to focus exclusively on serving office condominium buyers and developers. For three years prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Logan practiced real estate law in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Mr. Logan served as Chairman of the Board of the Southwestern Business Financing Corporation, a non-profit corporation that provides small businesses with long-term loans for owner-occupied fixed assets valued from $125,000 to $10,000,000. Mr. Logan graduated with honors from the University of Arizona, College of Law and is a current member of the Arizona State Bar.
