Sherri A. Farrell
Sherri A. Farrell is the Senior Vice President and Operations Officer. Ms. Farrell has over eighteen years of operations and management experience in banking. Recently she has been instrumental in the start-up of Premier Commercial Bank Arizona, N.A., and a community bank in Mesa Arizona that opened in the fourth quarter of 2006. Moving to Arizona in 2001, she worked for a large national bank, managing a Corporate Business Banking Center. Among her responsibilities were outside sales, investment sales, employee hiring, retention, and coaching. Also, during this time she worked on special projects; such as, lending marketing, and branch organization.
Ms. Farrell has significant experience in many aspects of commercial and retail banking. Ms. Farrell’s experience includes all aspects of banking operations, regulatory compliance, branch and departmental auditing, multi-branch training, commercial loan documentation, product and services research and development, development of budget proformas and projections, and the implementation of a branch on-going training and time program.
Ms. Farrell has been licensed to sell multiple lines of insurance. She also has held NASD Series 6 & 63 to sell securities. Her educational background includes studies at large accredited universities in New York and most recently at a college, in the Phoenix, AZ area. The courses Ms. Farrell has taken included the areas of bank management, finance and accounting.
